i should NOT feel like i just wrestled an alligatorpenguinbear for doing something as easy as picking up a few things and trying to loosen a little dirt for fucks sake! I can do a bunch of shit in the house all day and have the normal pain but for the last few days when i go outside i just feel sore everywhere and sick as hell doing much of nothing. every muscle hurts so much out there it is insane. did my sun allergy get worse over the winter? if i was hurting like this in the house doing the same simple shit i would think it was something else but right now... right now i am thinking it is the fucking horrid sun
